Tolfyra™

Effective treatment of athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm. For external use only. Not for ophthalmic use.

Tolfyra™ is intended for patients needing Effective treatment of athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm, under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider. It is dispensed by prescription only.

Clean or wash the affected area and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of the product over the affected area twice daily (morning and night) or as directed by a doctor. Supervise children in the use of this product. For athlete's foot: pay special attention to spaces between toes; wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes, and change shoes and socks at least once daily. For athlete's foot and ringworm, use daily for 4 weeks; for jock itch, use daily for 2 weeks. If condition persists longer, consult a doctor. For toenail fungus, apply to skin around the nail and cuticle.

Tolfyra™ is supplied as Tolnaftate 1% in a topical solution, 1 oz (30 mL), NDC 85477-306-01.

Store at 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Avoid excessive heat. Tolfyra™ ships from Oncora Pharma's Dallas, TX distribution center to licensed pharmacies and wholesalers.

For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use and contact a healthcare provider if irritation develops or symptoms persist.
