Collavera is a topical anesthetic gel combining 2% Lidocaine HCl with collagen and aloe for fast-acting relief of minor skin irritations and discomfort, with the added soothing and hydrating benefits of collagen and aloe. For external use only. Not for ophthalmic use.

Collavera™ is intended for patients needing minor skin irritations and discomfort, with the added soothing and hydrating benefits of, under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider. It is dispensed by prescription only.

Apply Collavera to the skin 3 to 4 times daily or as directed by a healthcare provider.

Collavera™ is supplied as Lidocaine HCl 2% in a topical gel, 1 oz. (28.33g), NDC 85477-305-07.

Store at 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted to 15°–30°C (59°–86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Keep out of reach of children. Collavera™ ships from Oncora Pharma's Dallas, TX distribution center to licensed pharmacies and wholesalers.

For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use and contact a healthcare provider if irritation develops or symptoms persist.
