Usual adult dose is two capsules once daily, or as directed by a licensed medical practitioner. If pregnant or nursing, ask a healthcare professional. Biomyra should be administered under the supervision of a licensed medical practitioner.

Store at 20°–25°C (68°–77°F); excursions permitted to 15°–30°C (59°–86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Store in the Refrigerator after opening. DO NOT FREEZE. Keep out of reach of children. Biomyra™ ships from Oncora Pharma's Dallas, TX distribution center to licensed pharmacies and wholesalers.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use and contact a healthcare provider if irritation develops or symptoms persist.
