Store at 20°–25°C (68°–77°F); excursions permitted to 15°–30°C (59°–86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Avoid excessive heat, light, moisture, and exceeding 85% humidity. Bionara Ultra™ ships from Oncora Pharma's Dallas, TX distribution center to licensed pharmacies and wholesalers.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use and contact a healthcare provider if irritation develops or symptoms persist.
