Urea 41% Cream is indicated for the treatment of dry, rough, cracked, and callused skin, as well as diseased or damaged nails. For external use only. Not for ophthalmic use.

Urea is intended for patients needing the treatment of dry, rough, cracked, and callused skin, as well as diseased or damaged, under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider. It is dispensed by prescription only.

Apply Urea 41% Cream to affected area(s) twice per day, or as directed by your physician. Rub until completely absorbed. Apply to diseased or damaged nail(s) twice per day, or as directed by a physician. Avoid contact with eyes, lips, or mucous membranes.

Urea is supplied as 41% in a topical cream, 8 oz (227 g), NDC 85477-306-27.

Store at 20 to 25°C (68–77°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Protect from freezing and excessive heat. Keep container tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Urea ships from Oncora Pharma's Dallas, TX distribution center to licensed pharmacies and wholesalers.

For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use and contact a healthcare provider if irritation develops or symptoms persist.
