Lidocaine 4% Patch™

Lidocaine 4% Patch provides temporary relief from pain and itching associated with minor burns, sunburn, minor cuts, scrapes, insect bites, and minor skin irritations. Forms a protective barrier to support healing. For external use only. Not for ophthalmic use.

Lidocaine 4% Patch™ is intended for patients needing relief from pain and itching associated with minor burns, sunburn, minor cuts, scrapes, under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider. It is dispensed by prescription only.

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply 1 patch to the affected area of intact skin, up to 3 times a day. Do not leave patch on for more than 8 hours at a time. Clean and dry the affected area, open pouch and remove one patch, remove any protective film and apply directly to the affected area. Wash hands with soap and water after handling the patch. Reseal pouch containing unused patches. Fold used portion so the adhesive side sticks to itself and safely discard. Children under 12 years: ask a physician.

Store at 20°–25°C (68°–77°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Protect from freezing and excessive heat. Keep container tightly closed. Lidocaine 4% Patch™ ships from Oncora Pharma's Dallas, TX distribution center to licensed pharmacies and wholesalers.

For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use and contact a healthcare provider if irritation develops or symptoms persist.
