Topicaine Ultra™ is intended for patients needing fast-acting, temporary relief of pain and discomfort associated with minor skin, under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider. It is dispensed by prescription only.

Apply Topicaine Ultra to the skin 3 to 4 times daily or as directed by a healthcare provider.

Topicaine Ultra™ is supplied as Lidocaine HCl 2% in a topical gel, 3 oz. (85g), NDC 85477-307-85.

Yes — Topicaine Ultra™ is Rx Only and must be prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.

Store at 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted to 15°–30°C (59°–86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Keep out of reach of children. Topicaine Ultra™ ships from Oncora Pharma's Dallas, TX distribution center to licensed pharmacies and wholesalers.

For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use and contact a healthcare provider if irritation develops or symptoms persist.
