Synvera™ is a physician-dispensed dietary supplement featuring prescription-strength folic acid along with essential vitamins and minerals to support metabolic health and overall wellness.*

Synvera™ is intended for patients needing metabolic health and overall wellness, under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider. It is dispensed by prescription only.

Usual adult dosage is 2 tablets taken orally once or twice daily with 8–12 oz of water or as prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner.

Synvera™ is supplied as Multivitamin + Folate in a oral tablet, 30 Tablets, NDC 85477-908-30.

Yes — Synvera™ is Rx Only and must be prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.

Store at 20°–25°C (68°–77°F); excursions permitted to 15°–30°C (59°–86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Avoid excessive heat, light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Synvera™ ships from Oncora Pharma's Dallas, TX distribution center to licensed pharmacies and wholesalers.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use and contact a healthcare provider if irritation develops or symptoms persist.
