Embriva™ is a prescription folic acid–containing dietary supplement formulated to support the nutritional needs of women before, during, and after pregnancy. Dispensed by prescription.

Embriva™ is intended for patients needing the nutritional needs of women before, during, and after pregnancy, under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider. It is dispensed by prescription only.

Usual adult dose is 1 tablet once or twice daily or as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.

Embriva™ is supplied as Prenatal/Postnatal in a tablet, 30 Tablets, NDC 85477-0322-30.

Yes — Embriva™ is Rx Only and must be prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.

Store at 20°–25°C (68°–77°F); excursions permitted to 15°–30°C (59°–86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Keep out of the reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Embriva™ ships from Oncora Pharma's Dallas, TX distribution center to licensed pharmacies and wholesalers.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use and contact a healthcare provider if irritation develops or symptoms persist.
