Store at 20°–25°C (68°–77°F); excursions permitted to 15°–30°C (59°–86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Folaten™ ships from Oncora Pharma's Dallas, TX distribution center to licensed pharmacies and wholesalers.
