Store at 20°–25°C (68°–77°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Keep out of reach of children. Foltira™ ships from Oncora Pharma's Dallas, TX distribution center to licensed pharmacies and wholesalers.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use and contact a healthcare provider if irritation develops or symptoms persist.
