Directions & Important Information
Dosage: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results, take 1 capsule early morning and 1 capsule early afternoon. Use in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program. Contains 100 mg of caffeine per capsule (about one cup of coffee).
Storage: Store at 20°–25°C (68°–77°F); excursions permitted to 15°–30°C (59°–86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Avoid excessive heat, light, moisture, and exceeding 85% humidity.
